Eshte nje ribotim i nje dokumenti historik, i cili rastesisht doli ne drite ne kohen qe kriza e Kosoves ishte shtrire ne ate rajon ne prag te vitit 1998.<\/p>\n
Ai perfaqeson nje fjalim te mbajtur nga Nikolla Ivanaj ne Rome, ne vitin 1911 dhe i botuar nje vit me vone ne Itali, kur Shqiperia fitoi pavaresine e saj si komb. Ky botim ka nje parathenie ne Anglisht dhe ne Shqip dhe bashke me versionin original ne Italisht te dokumentit me nje perkthim modern ne shqip.<\/p>\n
