On June 28th a valuable informative session took place in the ‘Salla Ivanaj’ of our premises in Tirana on the subject of the IPARD program (Instrument of Pre-accession Assistance for Rural Development) provided by the EU.
IPARD is intended to support farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, food processing establishments, physical or legal persons, micro businesses and small non-agricultural private enterprises, to invest in the production and processing sectors of dairy, meat, fruits and vegetables, protected plants and vineyards. The program also aims to support investments in aquaculture, natural and rural tourism, and renewable energy production.
The session was organized, and conducted in Albanian language by Admir Duraj of Studio D. The participants that came from different cities, such as Durres, Vlora, Lezha, etc. not only gained important information from the speaker, but also shared their personal experiences with each other.
This event is part of ‘Zadrima’, a program for legal and administrative assistance for the farmers and entrepreneurs of the rural zones in Albania.
We thank Studio D for bringing this project to life and also for collaborating with us.
